Built around a stunning arcaded square, many of the houses including "Les Lauriers" are half-timbered and date back to the renaissance. The village has everything one could require - a pharmacy, a butcher, a small supermarket/boulangerie and two good restaurants. Once a week a fish stall and a vegetable stall are set up and on Wednesday evenings throughout July and August there is a farmers' market (with a twist!). Buy your dinner from the numerous stalls - from aperitif to coffee with as many courses in between as you wish - and enjoy it in the square with many of the inhabitants of the village as well as visitors to the area.Every year there is also an art and music festival, which runs over two days in the village square and which attracts artists and musicians from across the region. http://www.albret-tourisme.com http://www.domainelislebonne.com/activites.html http://www.art-et-music-en-sos.com/topic7/index.html http://www.ot-agen.org http://www.mezin-tourisme.com/ http://www.lesotiate.com/ http://www.francemag.com/france-travel-travel-guide-and-information-market-days-market-list-markets-in-lot-et-garonne--484 http://www.brouquere.com/visit/gondrin-swimming-pool_en.htm http://www.meteofrance.com/FR/mameteo/prevDept.jsp?LIEUID=DEPT47 http://www.linternaute.com/restaurant/restaurant/22552/le-postillon.shtmlles.com/meteo/17292/SOS.html http://www.bordeaux-tourisme.com/ http://www.tourisme.fr/office-de-tourisme/TOULOUSE.htm |
